Models in Recent Drawings section all disappeared

Hi

Experienced this issue twice.
Just done something in uMake with NO WiFi connection, when I open the app again (w/WiFi this time), I was logout and need to login again.

And the Recent Drawings section is empty, about 4 drawings are lost.

Hardly remembered I got a message when re-login - my account was login with another device… but actually not.

Any solution?

Thank you for letting us know and sorry about this experience!

Have you tried signing back to the original account you created? If you’re not sure - can you please do the following:

  1. Tap on the “Account” tab
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Contact Us”
  3. Send us the email to “[email protected]” and we will help you from there
