Launching problem

Past month been having problems with launching uMake.
It holds on the swirly ani for about ten minutes before it opens. Sometimes it just freezes so requires a force quit , then I start over.

Please please can you fix this fundamental bug.
I’m running latest iOS on iPad Pro

Hope all is well. Sorry to hear about it.

Are you using a VPN maybe?

Let’s try something like this:

  1. Enter to iOS Airplane Mode (disconnect the iPad from WiFi or Data)
  2. Force Close uMake
  3. Reopen uMake

Are you able to see the designs tab now?
