How to create surface from existing curves?

Hi, newbie here. I’ve searched the forum and tutorials but can’t see an answer to how to easily create a surface from an existing closed shape / curves.

I’ve imported an SVG floor plan and want to extrude the walls. I can extrude the grouped curves but the top of the wall isn’t surfaced.

Any suggestions? I don’t want to retrace an entire floor plan just to get a surface.

Thank you for posting your question here.

To create a surface from a closed shape, you’ll have to select all the curves and then you’ll see a transparent green surface, which is a preview of the surface, then tap on it once to create it.
