Hi There,

I have a subscription until October 19 but when i try restoring the purchase in the app I get the error ‘failed to restore purchases’

I’ve reset the iPad, updated iOS and updated the app, but it’s still not working?

Help would be appreciated.

I see that you have a subscription until October 2019. What message do you get when you’re trying to restore the subscription?
