App crashes when I open my file

I put some trees into my model and the app crashed. No I can no longer open the file, export or import it into a new file. Is there anything I can do? I really don’t want to lost 3 days of work. This is for school and I only have 1 day to complete. Please help! Is there any way to open the file to delete elements if it’s too big to process?

Thank you for writing to us.

Can you please try the following:

  1. In iOS - Turn “Airplane” mode ON
  2. Open uMake
  3. In the File Manager, tap “Edit”
  4. Select the problematic file
  5. Tap on “Report Problem”
  6. Send us the file to “[email protected]”
